    VE Day Anniversary Celebration

    This day will be a Bank Holiday (instead of May Day, the first Monday of May) to celebrate the VE Day Anniversary in conjunction with the East Stour Parish Council, the Village Hall, and TESS.


Moviola LogoDuring the Autumn and Winter months (October to March) a monthly “Moviola” is organised to show a variety of films in the Village Hall.  Details of upcoming Moviola dates and showtimes can be seen below and on posters in surrounding areas and on the Village Noticeboards.

A bar is available on the evening, opening at 6:30pm before each film offering drinks beforehand and during the intermission.  Seating in the hall is available from 7pm (for health and safety reasons) and films begin showing at 7:30pm. Tickets for the evening cost £5.00 in advance, £5.50 on the door, and are available via:

    Colette (2018) (Historical Drama)
