Christmas Entertainment - Watch this Space!

    TBC

There are thoughts that our entertainment this year could be a kind of "East Stour's Got Talent" presented as an Old Time Music Hall with an outrageous Master of Ceremonies in the Leonard Sachs mode. Long words will be provided - youngsters ask your Granny to explain!  I know there are quite a few villagers who have something to offer but might need some gentle persuasion and time to think about it.  So "Thinking Caps" on please - anything accepted: singing, music, monologues, acts, etc.  Anything that gives pleasure or amusement will be welcome - it's just a bit of fun.

Please contact Daphne Emptage with any ideas on 01747 838042 or pbemptage@btinernet.com

Moviola

During the Autumn and Winter months (October to March) a monthly “Moviola” is organised to show a variety of films in the Village Hall.  Details of upcoming Moviola dates and showtimes can be seen below, plus keep an eye out for posters in surrounding areas and on the Village Noticeboards.

A bar is usually available on the evening, opening an hour before showtime, offering a variety of drinks and refreshments beforehand and during the intermission.  Tickets cost £5.00 in advanced, £5.50 on the door, and are available from:

More information is available from Becky via email on tessmoviola@hotmail.com.
