PAYMENT OF HIRE FEES
Hire fees plus deposit must be paid in full at the time of booking and a completed Application Form/Hiring Agreement emailed to: hall.barbara.ann@gmail.com to ensure confirmation of booking.
A full refund will be made if a cancellation is advised to the Hiring Secretary at least one calendar month before the booking. A 50% refund will be made for cancellations at least 2 weeks before the booking; but no refund within 2 weeks of the booking.
DEPOSITS
Deposits will be held until the hall has been checked at the end of the hire period. The cost of any damage, repairs, abnormal cleaning or other loss will be deducted from the deposit and the balance refunded within 7 days. The value of the deductions will be at the discretion of the Hall Management.
HIRE PERIODS
Party with alcohol, Party without alcohol: from 15.00 hrs to 24.00 hrs [max 9 hrs]
Weddings: from noon on Friday to noon on Sunday, to allow for setting up and clearing away by the hirer.
